Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there are significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. SavanaCat offers free standard shipping on eligible orders.
Estimated delivery times:
Within Nairobi: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Other parts of Kenya: 2–5 business days after dispatch
International shipping: 7–45 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted third-party courier services to deliver orders, which may include local and international logistics providers depending on the destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number where applicable. You can use this to monitor your shipment status.
5. Incorrect Address
SavanaCat is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
SavanaCat is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been dispatched. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible.
7. International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
